The Manchester Institute for Innovation Research at The University of Manchester is currently advertising 2 PDRA posts and 2 PhD Scholarships PDRA posts advertised We are advertising for a Research Associate in Capturing the Value of Intangible Asset in Micro Data to Promote the EU’s Growth and Competitiveness on the EC H2020 sponsored Globalinto Project. The position is part time for 4 days a week (29.05 hours). The contract duration on this research grant is from May 19 to 30th October 2021. The grant leaders are Joseph Lampel and Jakob Edler. We are also advertising for a Research Associate in Sustainable Energy Innovation. This is a 2 year appointment for a full time post on an Alliance funded grant. The grant leaders are Jonatan Pinkse and Eva Niesten who seek to appoint a PDRA to work with them on the topic of sustainable energy innovation an data emergence of new business ecosystems. The goal of the project is to gain a deeper understanding of the future of the European energy industry from a business perspective, as it is currently experiencing rapid change. The project will analyse how energy companies’ business ecosystems are changing rapidly due to the emergence of sustainable energy innovations such as renewable energy (solar, wind, etc.) and smart grid technologies.
